The China Study: a book recommendation

The China Study, a book written by T. Colin Campbell, PhD and Thomas M. Campbell II, MD, has been a great basis for my research on veganism and its relationship to health. The book goes in-depth into America’s biggest health problems and explains why plant based diets are the solution to these health problems. Everything is scientifically broken down and proven. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is considering adopting a plant based diet, however, this book really would be beneficial for anyone and everyone to read to learn about ways to improve health through the foods you’re putting into your body!
